Tuesday 9th November Under Saddle

Wow what can I say, I'm in love and can't wait for another session with Magic, he and I have become quite close, he follows me around like a puppy dog, and he knows his name, such a clever boy.
Today we did some lunging at liberty under saddle for around 10 mins each way at both a walk and trot. He listens to commands and responds quickly, a definate quick learner. After our lunge session it was time to ride him. I am taking it slow as I always do with our Standies, and basically we go no fur...

Under Saddle Day 1

As to be expected he was perfect.. not only that apparently he's been under saddle before, which is great news!

Very quiet to handle, tied up and tacked up easy as, free lunge in the round yard and then ridden at a walk and trot.
Not one single problem, and none to be expected, he's a Standie of course ;)
